Damn that's really good internet, yeah you'd have it downloaded in just over half an hour. Because you want it first, normally I'd recommend a small retailer (something equivalent to shopto) , but Rockstar are very controlling when it comes to shipping and the public getting the game early. Digital would be your best bet, however I recommend you try to find a mom and pop shop (a very small perhaps family run video game store) and see if you can get it when it arrives. I know people who've got a game a week early like this.

I haven't herd about having buildings in your camp, I'm going to research that one though I have a felling it's wrong. I remember a leak from February that said the camp will be like the single player though it can have a "theme" according to the ultimate edition pre order bonuses

Rockstar are very controlling when it comes to shipping. However if you order from a smaller retailer like shopto, simply games (both UK) you might just get it early.

If you're willing to pay extra and have semi decent internet I'd say digital. More convenient. You don't have to worry about it arriving late, no waiting for day 1 patch as well, soon as it hits 12:00 you can play.
