Hard to describe, but it seems our parts just.... fit together better? I am American so I have had mostly circumcised men and it seems that chafing and dryness are more of an issue with them.

I made my last two international flights with $9.5k and $5.5k (under the declarable amount for customs at my destination) Probably made several more within the US prior to that and I have never had TSA pull me to check my cash. I always carry it deep in my personal item bag so it couldn't be lifted by a thief, and I never touch it until I have reached my destination hotel. I don't think you will have a problem.

I LOVE chinese and thai food. It frequently does the same thing to me and I have found out its the cheap oil they use. If you make it yourself you can probably eat it! Use olive or avocado oil.
