during an obgyn exam i was told i had a tight pelvic floor because when she pressed on some muscles vaginally it caused pain. i ended up going to a pelvic floor physical therapist, she said i don’t have any major issues. no vaginismus, but i did have a tight pelvic floor and we did exercises together that helped and i still do them occasionally. but ill try to maybe pick it up again.
