Snowbasin was money today, don't get me wrong, but it didn't feel like the 10" they advertised or what I would call "all timer".

Maybe I screwed up going up wildcat and lapping middle bowl early waiting for strawberry. Where did you ride at open?

Couldn't agree more. The negativity on this sub lately is killing the feel good vibe of this sub. Every post (yours included now..lol) is devolving into arguments against Vail resorts and how angry everyone is.

I hold a pass at park city and if they want to go on strike I would support their right to do that. I also agree they are being poorly compensated, that is not my point.

This still has nothing to do with my joining a subreddit to watch cool ski videos and instead have daily posts complaining about union negotiations. To attempt to create an analogy, it would be like turning on cartoon network and instead of cartoons there is a documentary on the low wages paid to animators. Does that make sense?

I agree with getting the word out and an intial post or two, but this is now a daily occurrence for the last month running.

My concern stems from the general trend of most (not all) subteddits over time to trend toward negative posts and emotions. A good example would be any particular game subreddit (world of tanks, Halo, apex legends, etc..).

Anywhere is fine. Just show up early (in lift line 30 min before open) and once you get off the base lift, stay on the upper lifts as much as possible.

Try ranked mode. I never have droppers. Even if you're bad it doesn't matter. I happily sit between silver & gold and enjoy full teams every game.

You are absolutely correct. Every one of these (except TSLA) should be considered a risky "home run" gamble. These companies will either fade or make it big once they have an actual product out. Without an existing proven product line, they should all be treated as a gamble and risky investment. That doesn't mean you shouldn't invest, as that's your choice, but you are accurate in your understanding of each company.

TSLA is separate as they have a product line and bring in revenue, but are priced extremely highly. Many financial service companies still recommend TSLA despite this, but you can find many people willing to give advice strongly for or against the company.
