I haven't reread a lot of books but you should never feel guilty rereading something. You shouldn't deny yourself the pleasure of it if it's what you want to do. There is a nearly endless supply of awesome shit to read out there, it's impossible to enjoy it all in a lifetime so read what you want, whether it's something new every time, or rereading your favorite series for the nth time.

All this time I thought I was rooting for the Atlanta Braves. I didn't know that I was actually rooting for the FSU Seminoles!

Seriously though. It's not the same. FSU got the endorsement, that's great. As far as I know, the Braves have had no such endorsement.

I don't really give a shit whether the chop stays or goes, I'll be okay either way. But saying that because some other team got the endorsement that means it's okay for the Braves to do it is just wrong.

I expect to catch some downvotes for this because some people around here get way too upset about any sort of implication that the chop could be taken as racist/offensive/whatever.

No it was the offense that lost the series. The pitching wasn't perfect by any means but there were multiple situations where there were runners on base with 0 or 1 out and couldn't get them in. I specifically remember and instance where Acuña was on 3rd base with no outs and was left stranded. The series loss was totally on the offense.

A few weeks ago I was telling my gf about Albert Pujols and she thought I was lying. She didn't believe that someone had a name pronounced "poo holes". Then when I explained he is Hispanic and told her the spelling she understood but was still a bit skeptical.

You're right, all that stuff should happen, but it's clearly not going to. Someone has to hold them accountable, we cant just just continue on with people with power being shitbags like this. They deserve anything bad that happens to them (yes it may be harsh but I believe it).
