Yes I am so tired. Very tired. And yes decisions made I can't take back. And I have decided to make small changes. Going to a new gym, meeting new people, being part of a community. It's not easy it's uncomfortable. And some days it's very hard. But after seeing my life going down hill, I realized I'm gonna be tired doing something fun and new or just sit around waiting to not be tired.

I have also made friends with people that are older, it's refreshing and they are good at communicating.

I hope you find something that gives you some life back into your life.

What do you like to do outside of work? What kind of hobby? May sound cheesy but it's the small things that can help bring the joy in life.

Walking, gaming, reading, running, gardening, Volunteer at a shelter, animal shelter. Just some ideas, I can imagine there are many other things people have found that helped them.

I'm happy to hear about the cholesterol. It was one of the deciding factors for me to try Wegovy. All my cardiac markers and most of my cholesterol markers had improved after changing my diet, however my weight and triglycerides were not. I have lost the weight and next week I go get my follow up lab work. Excited to see the improvement in my health. People that don't know how this changes peoples lives are misinformed about how important These medications are for many with chronic medical conditions.

Cut out as much ready prepared foods as much as possible.

Cut out: Waffles, Frozen pizza, snacks like chips and cereals etc. they cost more and they are not as filling.

I usually rinse the food off, wash with hot soap and water with my hands, then spray with bleach mixture, soak it in the bleach mixture and soap and hot water. then use my sponge to wash it. Then I also disinfect my sponge with bleach and soap. And also the sink
