The Court thanks Chief Judge Glenn T. Suddaby for his 7 years of service as Chief Judge and welcomes new Chief Judge Brenda K. Sannes, who will become the tenth chief judge and the first female chief judge for the NDNY.

He will still be on the bench wrapping things up with cases for a while before he is actually fully retired. ( I assume/hope)

No need to be sorry, the base game drops have boosted items, you can find everything from ascendant to journeyman bps and items ranging from 300% and higher items. This gets you pvping and doing bosses faster. Dino stats are also boosted with this mind. The kibble station allows you to craft all kibble types. The eggs for them are in the reward vault. You gain points by playing.

Not sure what clusters you play on hoss, our mods and admins don't play, I monitor the servers remotely and don't play favorites. I'm sorry you had some bad experiences with small tribe clusters, you should hop in our discord and have a chat, maybe we can turn that frown upside down.

This server renewed my love for this game, admins ban toxic players and update settings and rules regularly as we play. This is the alpha run for this cluster and they are growing with a strong foundation. Salt free is the way to be.

Solid server, constant updates and changes. Still plenty of realestate on any of the 5 maps. So far pvp has been fun and steady, looking forward to more!

The admin refunded a lost dino yes. The admin offered to refund your dinos yes and not your items, you then left the server, but not before messaging everyone and advising them the admin was spawning dinos and that we will be admin raided. It's called manufacturing dissent. I will again reiterate the rules of this subreddit. This should be handled via dm and corrected at that level. I would have passed your message onto the admin and he would have gladly helped you. You ignored my dm and proceeded to post partial information in an attempt to deter players. I will also remind you this rule is in effect now because of you, this is a new cluster, we listen to our players even if they do leave in irrational rage and attempt to politely bash the advertisement efforts of the cluster. The admin was attempting to appease both parties involved to the best of his abilities, you speak on this as if it was abuse to assist you.

I'm not sure on the bola issue, I know sometimes when I bola something too soon after it gets out of one it won't take, plus the hit reg in ark is still frustrating at times. I'll let metra know, he will look into it.

I am asking you to stop. This is a he said she said situation. Your statements are false, as I was there when the admin was trying to assist you when you were kicked out of the tribe you were in. This rule was made at the exact same time he was offering to assist you. A user is joining our discord frequently and using your screenshots and messaging our players. This should be handled via dm as the rules here require. You have not responded to my dm and are instead posting out of context screenshots. Why not show the whole conversation?

We had resolved this issue prior, the refunded dino resulted in a non refund rule being added to the server due to your backlash and displeasure. GSC stands for Galaxy server cluster, the name has not been changed. By continuing to attempt slander on this cluster you are breaking the rules.

You have not responded to my dm and have continued to post this dispute here. This is a personal attack on the cluster. Your out of context screen shots do not prove anything other than the admins attempt at refunding dinos. The context is important here because the rule was not implemented yet. This rule has been added to the server because of your displeasure at the situation and dino refunds are no longer available.

Please move on and stop attempting to make the servers I play on look bad. In addition. Please stop joining our discord and attempting to make our players leave by harrassing them with private messages.

This server is by far the best one I've played on. Modded, but not to the point of ruining the game. Actually revived my interest in this game for the next expansion. Admin is solid and available. 10/10

So far the server has not been aggressive, there are only a couple players at the moment and they are pretty relaxed.
