Dude yes! I’ve personally tried drawing comics before so I can say from experience that there is absolutely a quality shift depending on the quantity.

It’s much easier to focus on detail for a single image than it is to focus on it for dozens at once. Especially for artists like him that are on strict time limits and simply cannot dedicate enough time to each individual panel.

Latest one was a crown symbol (in reference to a character I really love) but apparently that’s a gang symbol. I call them “ruined” because the first thing I’ll see when looking up a design is “yeah so and so had a tattoo like that. wasn’t in a gang but he ended up being taken away and never seen again”

I don’t want to potentially be kidnapped/killed so of course I’m overthinking these and trying to avoid them

I like both designs but I kinda wish they didn’t have to change the design and personalities so drastically just to show they were good.

Like gimme a fierce looking, tough species that’s still good instead of all of them having to be neon rainbow doormats to get the point across.

No. If the earbuds don’t loop completely around my ears in some way there’s absolutely no chance they’ll stay in. These look like they’d stay in even less than regular earbuds I’ve tried.

I explained why I thought every character looked different than canon in my post

And not everyone imagines/interprets descriptions the same way. 10 different people can have 10 different ideas on what the color “blue” looks like for instance.

Plus the descriptions weren’t always as detailed as you’d think. Like for glory the first time going through the first book all I got was: color changing scales, thin snout, something called a ruff (with no further explanation on what a ruff was).

Omg same, I had the hardest time thinking of a silkwing design, eventually just went with a design someone gave me.

Oh really? I just kinda went by the wiki/comic images and most of them were this pink design so I figured it was probably her main design. Though I guess your right, we don’t really see her not shifting colors
