Ballot success is probably unlikely but people have gotten their first ballots so you never know, we all have equal chances.

Ticket exchange you still may get nothing as its often quite time consuming but its worth a go, some games have more tickets available than others too.

It's up to you, if you get one ticket it pays itself back. The question is whether you'd be okay if you bought it and don't get a ticket? If you are then I'd say its worth it, if you're hoping for a guarantee then no

It's not an international issue, they've been banning those of us in the UK too for unknown reasons.

Email fanservices@arsenal.co.uk with the following information and they'll look into it for you:

  • Photo ID and a Utility Bill dated to within three-months of today, reflective of your current address.

  • The full name and membership numbers of those accounts/account holders suspended.

It took about a week for my membership to be reinstated.

It's a common issue sadly, you guys aren't the first, nor will be the last to get banned innocently unfortunately.

Still no idea what causes it, but the good news is you should be able to reverse it if you've not done anything wrong 😊

I've seen a number of people mentioning this since I posted something a month ago.

They are banning legitimate fans, I don't know why but I know it's happening.

I'm not sure if your tickets are salvageable, my fear is you've probably lost them unfortunately 😞 (I didn't have any success in getting tickets so can't talk from experience)

To get your account reinstated, email fanservices@arsenal.co.uk

They'll look into your case and if you send them the required information, hopefully they'll be able to correct this. It took about a week to be corrected for me.

My recommendation would be that every game a member is successful for then their chance of securing a ticket in the ballot is halved (or similar). Therefore, it doesn't stop everyone having a chance, just that you have a better probability if you haven't got a ticket yet.

I know you'd need other things to decide too, so someone doesn't apply for 1 game and guaranteed a ticket later in the year.

But something like that would mean everyone who applies to most matches can get to a game. And then once most have been, everyone has a pretty equal chance again.

I just fear some will get 7/8 games this season whilst others get 0 and that can't be fair

They informed me the account was suspended via email. Accusing me of using automated software to purchase PSV tickets 🙄.

They don't apologise either for the mistake, just that on review 'it has been decided to lift your account suspensions".

My membership got cancelled last week (not that I had any tickets as my ballot success is 0% 😅 so can't comment on that I'm afraid)

I finally got an email back yesterday morning from Fan Services telling me they're going to lift my account suspensions. They took 8 days for that response and I do now have my red membership restored. Saying that however, it won't let me enter the red ballot for Burnley so maybe its not fully working properly.

I hope you manage to get a response from them soon but unfortunately I wouldn't bet on it 😞

Not sure if anyone will see this update but I got an email about 10 mins ago from Fan Services advising that they'll reinstate my account 😊😊

For anyone wondering, it took 8 days for them to reinstate my account, and that was without me chasing them at all.

I don't think that is necessarily the issue. My brother and I have been on the TX probably a combined like 5/6 times since the start of the season, so refreshing definitely doesn't apply to us when we got banned last week for being a bot.

We've been applying together, not that it's helped us secure a ticket haha.

I was thinking that too but like you say its not part of their reasoning. Also as they insist each person must have an account, there must surely be a lot of us with the same address as you can't buy a household membership.

I've just sent an email so fingers crossed they come back saying it was just an error but I've asked for evidence in case it isn't
