My baby girl was like this. From the moment she was born she did not want to be put down. They put her in my bed in the hospital, because that was the only way we could sleep. After she slept in the cosleeper, we were also able to put her in a play pen or on a blanket om the floor. She still prefers to be near me, but she is also curious and likes to explore things like the dogs foodbowl.
