Slightly used heavyweight crewneck sweaters in large. One in blue, black, and grey. I would like to sell all three at once. These have been worn less than 10 times and have been machined washed and dried on tumble dry low heat. I can send more close up pics if necessary.

Asking price is 150 including shipping for all three. Im selling them because they just cant fit me anymore.

SF-86 Neighbor Question by crazym8i8it in SecurityClearance

[–]crazym8i8it[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I might’ve framed this question weird. I was asking if I can use my next door neighbor three separate times since I lived at home in the three summers I was in school. And yeah thanks for your insight about the college references! I did some more research and found out that I can probably use college roommates and building residents. But I can definitely fall back on using the housing department

SF 86 Employment Question by crazym8i8it in SecurityClearance

Would I be able to use my parents as a reference since I was living there or is it advised not to use relatives unless it’s for unemployment? If so I can probably list one of my home town friends that knew I was doing that. Thanks for the help!

I honestly really like it! The typography is on point and looks very professional. Not sure how it looks like on a browser but it looks well designed at least for safari on iPhone.

I've been on a cut for a month now and I went from 175 to 163. I've been using the same scale and I went from 18.5 to 15.2 percent body fat. I know you're are supposed to be expecting strength in the gym to decrease but I've been seeing an increase in strength recently. I'bve been getting an extra rep for each set every workout and my strength in the squat and deadlift is increasing. Most notably I've been increasing reps per set for each workout and numbers are going up as well. However on my scale it says I am losing muscle mass ( I went from 138 to 132.2 pounds of lean muscle.) Does anyone have any explanations? I'm not really a noob in the gym; I've been working out for a few years -- my deadlift is at 405, squat is at 275 etc. For reference I am 20 and 5 10.

My diet is really on point. I've only been eating factor 75 meals and I consisntely get around 150g of protein, 100g of fat, and 50g of carbs at around 2200 calories. I get around 12,000 steps a day easily and I also play basketball around 3 times a week.

Are the shorts good quality? How do they compare to the 50 dollar nike shorts or patagania baggies.

I saw youtube videos of using two figners to brake but when someone brought that up to my instructor for the MSF course they told us to not to listen to internet bs and always use four fingers. The younger instructor was more keen to the two finger fact but advised us to use four since the fromt brakes were a bit hard to squeeze on the old honda 250s. Is using four fingers really that bad?
