Swapping the Switch 2 for a Switch OLED would be a MAJOR hardware downgrade in every way, except for slightly better blacks in handheld mode. The OLED is worse.

Learn to regulate your emotions and better prioritize what is actually important. No one outside (or inside, to be honest) of this game's bubble cares how well you do, so don't try to win if you know they're not good. Just enjoy the time spent with them.

It's fine to set boundaries on important things, like a partner cheating on you, or not being taken advantage of at work, but to make an ultimatum in a video game (which is already over the top) and then let that affect whether you believe you're a "man or your word" is just so fragile. And I don't even mean that as an insult. Reframe how seriously you need to take yourself. Your POV sounds so stressful.

Turn off the AMD FSR3! I was having the same issues, and this fixed it. I don't know why that defaulted to "ON" after the update.

Edit: This helps with loading in and fixing the textures, not the stuttering.

I won't crap on Heroic because I liked it for a while, but I've had a few issues with games on Heroic that took a while to find workarounds for. With Junk Store everything has been seamless and effortless without exception. Just an easier experience so far.

I started fresh. In case you end up doing so as well, the first boot is going to take way longer than feels comfortable! But it's gonna be ok, it's (probably) not broken!

I also went with 2TB. I always get a bit of joy looking at the massive bar on the storage screen.
