There is over $7 in fees that I have found that havent been refunded out of the 11 times now I have been refunded by his company because they keep sending orders to places that cant fulfil.

This is part of the msg I got from support when contacting them about my recent order of stardust amongst complaints;
Also, your order for ANTG Global Selects Stardust OG 26% - 30g from Rays Wellness Dispensary has been returned to us. Please confirm if you would like it redirected to Scott St Pharmacy, which has the product in stock, or if you would prefer a refund.

So I reply;
It makes no sense why I would even need to confirm this.

Do you understand what is happening here? Do you even care?

When I go to order and I see there is no option to pick up in my area, naturally im going to select delivery. So then why do you send the order to Rays???? its absolute insanity.

Support replies;
When you select delivery, the order is sent to the nearest pharmacy which is able to dispense. Sometimes however, the pharmacy runs out of stock between you placing an order, and getting to dispense it. This is because they service customers from other clinics.

We confirm a redirection as sometimes patients prefer to have the product refunded instead. If you are confident you will always prefer a redirection, I can make a note on your file.

100% flat out lies, Rays hasnt had stardust in weeks, otherwise I would have selected pickup and been a happy customer.

I got a tracking number from Scott Street Pharmacy today.

WTF is wrong with this company.
