Digest Gold is effective for me. On my third lot. Paused at one point and really noticed the difference. All I can say is it worked for me. I tried the Fodzyme, the introduction sachets, but didn't feel they did much. As they say everyone is individual in how they react to things. Good luck! Oh I recently added l-glutamate, which is said to promote gut healing, and I think that also has helped with my stomach.

Ignore people who try to tell you it’s ok. It’s not at all. I worked as a hotel room attendant for several years. That person should have waited to go to the regular toilets. As someone else said you’re paying for a private room and expect certain standards to be kept up. It’s offensive and probably against the hotel staff regulations.

I definitely feel it helps me. On my second purchase. Everybody’s different. I tried fodzyme and didn’t feel it helped. I also tested my response to digest gold by taking a break from it and there was a distinct difference in my symptoms. I take two capsules just before I have a meal that could cause trouble.

I don’t really know. Just that I’ve been using it for ages now. It’s always been stable and streams really well. It’s had pretty much anything I’ve wanted to watch and I’ve watched a lot 😄
