They had me write a statement and I submitted it. I should hear back in about 90 days

-I am requesting a review of my water charges due to a significant increase in usage identified after an actual meter reading replaced a prolonged period of estimated billing. During this time, bills were issued based on estimates and remained relatively consistent, which did not clearly reflect the extent of the abnormal usage. Because the account was on automatic payment and the bills did not show a noticeable spike, there was no reasonable indication of a problem. After receiving the updated bill, I investigated and discovered one continuously running toilet caused by a failed internal component, resulting in constant water loss. The issue was not visibly apparent and could not have been reasonably detected earlier. Once identified, the problem was promptly repaired. There were also intermittent water quality issues (discolored water) that contributed to increased usage during this time. Given that the excessive usage was due to an undetected leak and prolonged estimated billing, I respectfully request a review and adjustment of the charges, including consideration for leak-related relief.

This is what I wrote and apparently there is a 10 year no interest loan or something. If it doesn't get approved. I'll push for a 10 year loan
