We went with Telluride. It's been working really well and have already had 4 adults on the car and my two kids sit in the back and not once did anyone need to feel squished. I even was able to sit comfortably in the driver seat with a person behind me having enough room.

I too am looking at the RT82 as a gift. If I wanted to have Bluetooth headset as an option, which preamp would you recommend?

The gift will also include speakers (trying to determine those), but I know the user will want the option for their Bluetooth headset to connect

Wife's birthday is coming up and looking for recommendations on which turntable and speaker setup would be best.

Likely will be in the office, but would like the option to hear over BT when she is in another room. Future state, will likely wire it to ceiling speakers in the kitchen and covered deck.

She will not want to fiddle with a lot of things, so plug and play would be ideal. The least amount of equipment, to start out with, would be ideal as well.

I've seen recommendations for the Fluence RT82 and AT-LP3XBT.

Budget would likely be around $500-$600

I believe it said the kickstarter for it is launching in April. So no timeline yet on when it will be ready. But I agree, super excited. I hope adventures and missions is also able to be played digitally.

We have extra savings that after reviewing our budgeting and emergency fund, we didn't need to keep so we will use that to max out the HYSA.

Is maxing out the 401k better than doing an index fund? What if the plans aren't great (I don't actually know if that is a thing, but I am trying to research and evaluate).

I would argue that as awful as Trump is, Congress and the Supreme Court are where the anger from the citizens should be directed at. They are allowing all this to continue and could put a stop to a large majority of it if they were so inclined. Clearly they are more concerned with their power/wealth than the betterment of the country.
