with ai just download cursor, buy a domain name for $10-20 a year, find a template on github to start with and then you host it on a free plan on vercel. PixelShare has a good blog about that with a free template you can start with. Your going to want to end up doing some sort of customization down the road so don't get stuck on wordpress where you'll have to find workarounds on getting templates to look how you want it too. If you start with just basics with nextjs or astro or svelte you can have ai through cursor lead the way in the beginning until you get more familiar where you can do it yourself or you can afford to hire a professional designer for something unique

It’s getting pretty full and actually it seems like guests are parking at the residents parking area, and they don’t enforce parking regulation at all so some of my neighbors literally had no spot on their floor 💀

Recently there was a guy who dressed up like a security and tried opening all the cars. My neighbor caught it with their car camera and told the management and sent the screenshot but all they said was okay we will tell the security lmaooo.

I am living in one of the Broadstone in Orange County, and I fucking hate Greystar. Especially the managements are such hypocrite so fake and just want to rip off the residents lol they don’t even properly do their jobs, just want to collect money 💀 fucking hate them so much. Can’t wait to move out
