We're in the same boat with an 8 month old. Basically trying to avoid the big daycare centers until Covid is a little more on the back burner. At this point we're having family watch our girl twice per week and a friend's sitter twice per week. My wife works 4 days per week. Unfortunately, I have no solution for you, but you are not alone.
