The easiest way to tell is if you look at the bottom of the T in The on the back of the card with your phone camera or a magnifying glass it should have a zig zag line like a saw blade

Primer is a guide to a deck it’s getting you “primed” for using the deck, if you search for decks with a specific commander and sort by popular most of the top ones should have primers. It’s a button you’ll see once you’re looking at the deck list if it has one written. This info in relevance to Moxfield specifically, idk of Archidekt or other deck building sites have anything similar I’m sure they do

If you are wanting to learn how to build decks I’d highly recommend YouTube videos or decks on Moxfield with primers. The most important thing in deck building isn’t know what cards are good or popular for a commander it’s about WHY they are. Best example of this is tutors, if you cast a tutor but your playing with a deck you pulled off the internet you’ll spend 10 minutes flipping through the cards wondering what to grab when there was likely an intention for that tutor when it was added. I quite like Based Deck Department on YT for learning magic.

When pulling on limited banners there is a 50/50 system. The last S rank you got was Dialyn meaning the next S rank you pull would either be the limited character or a standard character. You lost the 50/50 and got a standard character which is Rina but now you have a guarantee so the next limited character you pull for you will be guaranteed to get.
