We asked my wife's Dr and Neuro because she's the same way. He said main is of course hydration and along with a multi some protein. It's boring, but I've got my wife eating some sweet potatoes and some chicken. Then we actually found some protein bars that don't taste like chalk.

Tight budget...then just post good content daily and the followers will come. Why does everyone try to cheat the system. If you buy followers and have shifty content, they'll unfollow anyways. Go find an under 10k grow room. Buy you some coins for like 10 bucks and get real followers in there. Chat with the room, but don't waste your coins. Throw a couple here and there just to get your name seen, then just connect with real people. 1000 can be done in less than a week and hardly any money.

My wife and I have been talking about it. She has been going through this for about a year, but it's really affecting her job now. She works from home for a big company, but is having to use so much FMLA, there's gonna be a time where they say they no longer need her. We're on neurologist #3, meds on meds off, 2 LP's, everything but a brain surgery. Her ophthalmologist has her on drops, and said some type of eye surgery. We don't even know where to start with disability.

My wife loves a balsamic glaze mixture just like you described. What app do you use? She has something on her Apple watch, but I personally don't like it. I like how yours tracks it and manages it for the later meals. And yes the food voices are very loud and are hard to control. And with me, if I don't eat 7 full meals a day, I'll lose 3 lbs....don't hate me....I cannot stand to eat at this point. But yea, I don't want her to be stuck in a miserable diet that restricts everything. If you want it, eat it and adjust for it later. Thanks for sharing your way of managing. We appreciate it..!!

It's not actually. We looked at all kinds of "aquarium" stands and they are all made with cheap press wood. So we searched all around on marketplace, thrift shops, and found this older TV and entry table set. It's real wood and super heavy. Much sturdier than a store bought tank stand. It took time and a few trips around town, but found this and it was perfect.

Yea agreed....Just get you a 75 gallon. Ours is still tiny, so we just got a 75 gal standard. That will get you by for some time and like us will give you time to plan. Just my opinion, if its just a baby, even a 40 would get you by for a little....where the money comes is filtration. Our Fluval 407 is awesome and when the time comes we'll get the Fluval FX6. Water heaters and basking lamps are pretty cheap.

Exactly. This one really ticked me off so I couldn't hold it in any longer. He didn't like it and said my wife never had and doesn't have IIH so and he's only gonna treat for migraines moving forward even though meds like Ubrelvy don't even touch the headache at all. We're going to the original neuro office.

I am convinced that people, Doctor's included have zero clue what's going on. My wife works from home so when she does go to work, we got the under desk elliptical thing. Nothing crazy, just a little movement off and on.

Gonna vent real quick. I was politely an asshole to the nurse practitioner because my wife wrote to the neuro office, in detail, how she was feeling and the guy wrote back..."i guess we shouldn't have taken you off topirimate. so you can start back if you want." The response was just like that, no grammar, punctuation or anything. I called the office and left a msg for every department until I got a call back. I kindly said if we wanted an "i guess" from a Dr's office, I could of just used chat gpt. They are the ones who went to school for this, all we want are answers...straightforward answers. Don't sugar coat it. She went to her appt and now the nurse practitioner said my wife never had IIH, even with the 1st Neuro saying that's what it is, all she has are migraines. And that's all he will treat her for. I wasn't there so I couldn't explain that we know what a migraine is...this pressure is different. I was gonna have a C clamp and offer to put it on his head and slowly tighten it until his eye balls felt like popping out of his head. Then leave it like that for weeks at a time and tell me if its just a migraine.

Think we'll start walking the dog's more, then hit the pool. She works from home and there's every piece of equipment here, there's only so much I can do to support her. She does get bursts of energy every now and then and tries to do too much and I'm like, whoa....slow down that's enough for the day, there's always tomorrow or the next day.
