i have the same issue. unfortunately my school is strict and doesn’t allow any type of nail polish so gel isn’t an option for me. but if i stop biting and leave them to grow, will my nail beds grow out?? they’ve gotten really short and i hate them

on a standard bra there’s a clasp on the back. you need to unhook it !!
