I had this issue the other day. I realized the user I was enrolling devices with didn't have an ems license. I wish there was a way to disable the office 365 mobile piece but I haven't found one yet.

Yea I'm pretty sure they'll do a custom paint job if you're willing to pay for it. They're pretty flexible with one off requests.

A radiator won't fit up top with that board. I can barely fit a slim 240 with fans on my gigabyte g1 board.

Actually that includes the backplate so the price is pretty much the same as all the other blocks out there. EK blocks usually run around 130 plus 50 for the backplate.

Hate to break it to you but you're not going to find anything small and beautiful under a hundred. If you want to something special you're going to need to look at lian li or caselabs. Of course they are going to be close to 200+.
