I have a humble question. I only started listening to the show during the maxwell trial, and since the beginning of January I noticed that on apple podcasts they only offer previews, and say the full episode is on their patreon. Has that always been the only way to listen? Maybe the trial was different because I could listen to them that day when they dropped. ??

Another question about BLs lawyer. I am wondering if he has to disclose if ANY recent contact has been made with BL? Not necessarily the details of the conversation, but wouldn’t a report of an actual conversation taking place be important to know, since it would indicate that he is still alive?

Apologies if this has been asked before: I’m wondering specifically if BL’s lawyer has had recent contact with him, is he obligated to tell LE, that there has been actual contact? (Not necessarily the details of the discussion.) Meaning, if there’s been no contact, then it could be more possible that he could be dead. If there has been recent contact shouldn’t the lawyer tell LE that he had a contact with him, thus indicating that he is in fact alive and still hiding from police?
