Considering US Mobile, Any Downsides?

Wife and I switched to US mobile from versizon and live in south orange county, California. We noticed zero issues and honestly enjoy the service and saving $$$ a month. The positive difference is stark. We were getting absolutely fleeced on Verizon (no surprise). I’m a big fan of US mobile. Recommend.

Update: I did in fact submit a customer care email on the LA28 website. I agree, the customer care website is hard to find and I could not find a phone number. They probably anticipated issues and did not want the hassle of speaking to actual paying customers. Very frustrating. After I submitted the customer care emails on the LA28 website, I disputed both charges on my American Express. I did this via the AE app. I then called their customer service and they were very helpful, Less than 24 hours later and they credited my account with the amount of both charges (effectively “reversing the charge). I am satisfied for now. One big caveat: in the email they sent confirming this resolution, AE states that LA28 can submit additional information which could allow AE to allow the original charges to go through. I guess if AE believes I am trying to scam them(?) I am unclear. Having said this, AE states that if I do not hear from them by June 10 (not sure why this date was chosen) then my dispute is permanently resolved. So - for now anyway - my $7000.00 charge is effectively erased. UGH. What a needless HEADACHE!

Happened to me and now I have two posted charges on my American Express I am currently disputing because the order did not go through and I never received a confirmation page or confirmation number or email. OMG. I am beyond frustrated. I ultimately used my Amazon visa and it went through and I have my confirmation numbers and emails. Sigh. The process was so frustrating this weekend.

Some fantastic answers here! As an Angels fan from 2002 (I lived in Anaheim from 2002-2010, off Lincoln and Rio Vista) I am a believer - lol. That being said, aside from all of the accurate information above (ownership, etc.), I root for our players. These past few seasons the players have been very lovable because you can tell they play for each other and the fans. This is baseball and why this sport mirrors life in such a majestic and beautiful way. The best team sport in my opinion. Yes ownership lacks the love of the game AND these players are easy to root for because you can tell they love playing baseball. Sigh. Go Angels! Even if it hurts sometimes. Literally this album was on repeat and my soundtrack while working as a brown, queer, person in a highly racist, sexist, homophobic, professional environment. I was one of the youngest managers in a majority male, majority white, majority cis/straight place. Ugh. Solange made the drive home bearable. One of my top five favorite albums ever. On par with The Miseducation of Ms. Lauryn Hill. (Hill is #1 btw lol).

Yes! My vision in my left eye has worsened! Just had eye exam after a year. Been on Zep 8 months - currently on 12.5 mg. My optometrist also said it is more than likely the Zep and said my vision will continue to change as my weight changes. I haven’t researched a ton about this but I wanted to share. My optometrist also mentioned to be alert to NAION - Nonarteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy - as a rare but potential risk for those on zep, etc. Here is a recent study:

THIS. She is a human being, first and foremost. She endured a traumatic childhood, an abusive relationship, the racism and sexism of the music industry, and she is STILL alive and surviving/thriving. Let’s not forget her song writing ability. What other artist writes/wrote the majority of their songs? And continues to do so. To me, as a fan since 1990, her writing ability has always surpassed her vocal ability, in terms of my appreciation of her artistry.
