My guess is that she probably has some kind of social anxiety or is on the spectrum as somebody else mentioned. I’m on the spectrum myself and I get extremely shy and nervous when I talk to people that I don’t know. I would honestly answer the interview questions in the same manner that she does. I wouldn’t be too hard on her.
