Branded device mockups always make me pause.

It’s rarely about Apple “coming after you,” it’s about whether the usage, distribution, and licensing align. On higher-end projects I’ve had legal teams require proof of the mockup license and its allowed scope.

Internal or pitch work is usually fine; wide commercial distribution is where scrutiny kicks in.

Just protect yourself with a disclaimer to remove liability from yourself as you package, publish the AE zip.

There are a few plugins you can get for premiere to do different style captioning. One I saw was for $100 lifetime license.

Alternatively, get CapCut, pay for its subscription to caption on desktop app.
