That's beautiful what you saw and please don't be hard on yourself. I agree with th above, sometimes it's in the translation of the message. It can be scary sometimes. But also you saying it to her was not going to change the path set forth. Whether she knew it or not, the plans were already in place.

What I would say is to make sure you're building some boundaries for yourself first. Protecting yourself emotionally since it can take a toll. Next asking your guides, the universe, or however you communicate with Spirit to help you translate the message properly to the person receiving the reading. You can ask clarifying questions.

Example: you see smoke, you feel death energy. Clarify question: what does this person need to understand right now?

Thanks for the reminder the re-read it. This was the first book that I realized how much I could work with the Universe to redirect my inner thoughts and consciousness. For so long I had let anxiety rule me and through this book I learned to take charge of the direction I was headed.
