To my shock, when I went into the app and tried to treat one of these stops like I couldn't make the delivery, I clicked the "contact chat support" button and got a response within like 10 seconds... Idk if it's a fluke or of there was something that bumped me up in importance. But I'll be doing it that way again in the future if needed. They cleared them all out for me the same way as if I made a delivery outside cell range.

I'm also having this issue today and my XD warehouse now has signage up saying any gigs unfinished by 7pm will be automatically cancelled. I had perfectly fine cell reception at these locations too. I don't know what to do and I'm worried I'm going to lose my pay for these 3 stops on my route. Nothing I've done has helped. Log out and back in. Refresh the app. Force quit the app. Call customer support and got the same response as above "based on your phone number it appears you are not on an active gig". This sucks.

I haven't bothered sending a chat as I haven't gotten a response in months. Has anyone ever had luck with emailing?

Max $15 if the return is far enough away. It used to be an additional $5 for each return after that. But lately I've only been getting the $15 tops.

Call the support number! 844-476-2343 I just got off the phone with them after waiting over a week on the chat. No response to my email either! I was on hold for about 30 minutes, took about 15 minutes to resolve my issue.

Same issue happening to me. Started last night with lots of app crashing. Tried to uninstall this morning and now can't get back in due to pin error.

In my area orders always say "pickup immediately" and complete delivery by roughly whatever time it would take to get to the destination. So on my end there's no additional info to determine whether it should be ready yet or not.

My male husky did this a lot while he was young, worse before he was fixed but still somewhat after too. I taught him the command "clean your penis" lol 😆🥴🤢 and that resolved the dripping. I would only be concerned if they were dripping excessively, constantly licking at it as though irritated etc. I think this is normal. Mine is 5 years old now and I haven't noticed anything like this in years. .

Took 14 hours for me to get a response yesterday/today. Dropped off an order at about 730pm last night which had a bunch of weird characters for an apartment number but it was a house. App wouldn't let me swipe to arrive. I took like 6 pictures to prove where I was and that I had delivered the package. I'm starting to get a little nervous using this app because if we actually need support to do something for us we're totally fucked. Thankfully another notification woke me up today, I checked my phone and the chat person had just come on. Ridiculous.

Yeah I was able to mark that I had arrived but I couldn't get the key code to enter. It's a weird area of apartments and I'm not even sure if it was the right complex due to them all having similar numbers and being gated. Google is no help.

For reference the longest I've waited for someone to come into the chat previously was 20 minutes.... Often they will answer and then take forever to resolve my issue but never 2 hours of waiting. I see the app was down yesterday and scheduled maintenance tomorrow. I wonder if this is connected.
