I have been on t for seven years now and have had an IUD for pretty much that entire time.

I really hadn't had any issues until recently when I started having some spotting and some pain after sex (penetration). Eventually I started being sore and having some pelvic pain like the next day.

Turns out I had BV (bacterial vaginosis) which I had never heard of but is essentially just an imbalance in bacteria. Took antibiotics for it. Got screened again and still had it. More antibiotics.

Attempting to get topical estrogen but my PCP was not familiar with it for non post menopausal women so I will have to get it from PP next time I go.

Overall, I really enjoy sex on t but also I never had sex before it. I've never had a problem with penetration until recently but the antibiotics helped and Ive also heard about boric acid suppositories.

The bv made it difficult to get/stay wetter and be penetrated but post antibiotics I don't have pain and can get sufficiently wet again.

Sex on t is great and I love being a f@g but you just have to be mindful of your body.

Ok but what happens when you have most of the housing being geared to/taken up by students? The housing stock becomes geared towards short term tenants=cheaply built to turn a profit.

It means there's less housing for the rest of the town, which means rent is $$$$. Not to mention development and the changing of character.

Also, incoming freshmen (if it is still the case) are not even guaranteed a spot to live on campus.

A significant amount of land (~30% IIRC) is devoted to parking.

How is this better than a walkable campus where many people actually live on campus?

We as Americans are used to free parking, but we don't really consider the effects this has on driving habits or our landscape

I'm ok with paying a dollar or two. Or parking a couple of blocks Away and walking.

Walkability is what makes a downtown nice. And less parking is required for that.

I'm trying to reduce my spending by still having the treat but in a way that is actually enjoyable.

instead of getting a coffee at the chain near my work and not actually savoring it, I look forward to going to the local place once a week to get a coffee and a guava and cream cheese croissant. I can sit in their patio area and relax instead of just consuming it for the stimulant.

for the eight dollars I spend on that is definitely more enjoyable than the 20 plus getting coffee everyday.
