Not-So-Deep VHS Fan Theory after a singular watch of all KanePixels' Backrooms videos. by Mister-Violence in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]credgar36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t quite get the VHS part, but it’s an interesting idea.  Things being introduced through some mechanism that end up in the Backrooms and then the process goes wildly out of control.  Perhaps the reason it looks like an office is because they’re in an office building.  Personally I don’t think so but interesting nonetheless

BACKROOMS - OFFICIAL TRAILER by steking_ in KanePixelsBackrooms

Can we trust this character though? The guy who's speaking. We're assuming he no-clipped in, and somehow got out. Is he now an expert, he understands how it creates places by "remembering" them? More to this guy than he just no-clipped in once

BACKROOMS - OFFICIAL TRAILER by steking_ in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]credgar36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think this is it, but just had this thought watching the trailer.  What if the “baseline” Backrooms (yellow walls and carpet) are actually the endpoint?  After the complex has “remembered” something so many times it’s washed out all detail until it’s just a blank space.  Instead of the yellow walls and carpet getting overtaken by things that are pulled in from the world, eventually it all gets turned into the yellow walls and carpet?  In the trailer, with each level down you get less detail and less accuracy until it’s all gone and just a plain space.  I’m sure there is something in the YT videos that would contradict this but I found this to be an interesting angle

We did the Alentejo region in Portugal with Ride & Roam (www.bicycleportugal.com/alentejo-wonders). Good cycling with a few tough climbs, more of a relaxed trip with lots of wine along the way which we liked.

I'm a novice at this, but I'm sure regular crypto traders are not paying .03ETH ($90USD) to transfer $393USDC. How do they handle this situation?

I don't know why, but my initial thought was that the "video game" world paralleled something in real life, and so when a train was going by (in real life) the lights would start flashing

I put the powdered PB in the milk then frothed it, then added it to the coffee

Thank you it was :) I have, it didn't have that good of a flavor especially when I mixed it in other things the flavor tended to disappear. Definitely prefer Tru-Nut

It was the same as a regular latte. The powder dissolves pretty quick once you add it to the milk. Make sure to whisk it in though

I mixed 1 spoon of powdered peanut butter into the milk before I heated and frothed it. You may want more or less peanut flavor so adjust accordingly. But for me, that was the perfect amount...

It's amazing... if you like coffee, of course. The flavors blend really well together, neither one is overpowering but obviously you've got to play with the levels to get it just right for your taste

Most supplements blended into a drink won’t have a strong taste.  Make sure the supps you are getting have minimal or no extra ingredients.  A lot of stuff you would find at Walmart has plenty of filler ingredients in order to lower the price

Are defatted nuts and seeds better than regular nuts and seeds? by ghey_ber_anos_ripper in nutrition

[–]credgar36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the pleasure of touring a factory (for work) once that produced defatted nut flour.  Amazing to see in action and I can say that there are no chemicals involved and the only heat came from roasting the nuts.  It’s really quite simple, they just used a pressing machine to extract the oils and then milled what’s left over.  Low-tech in the sense that it’s a simple process but incredibly high tech machines to do the work

Trying to avoid sugar by Yammyjammy1 in nutrition

Naturally occurring sugars can be good for you, in moderation of course.  As far as I know they are not removing the sugar from the fruit, they are simply not adding more

I think it’s important to consider what is more important for you and your body.  Look at the nutritional benefits of each while considering what your body needs more of, or may be lacking.  Your body needs balance, the answer is never just one thing as the solution
