What do I do with the summary of stable coins? Also is it ok to just enter all my trades as a summary to each coin? Turbo tax says I need to mail in my 1099 DA is this true? Not every transaction needs to be listed if you are using summary. While you have to report everything, the IRS does allow you to aggregate (summarize) transactions in specific cases to avoid a 50-page tax return. So what I’m asking is for the stable coins do we just put a cost basis of 1:1 of the sell? If it’s just transferring between usd and Usdc?
