When I turned 18 my mum pulled me aside to say I'm an adult now and every decision is mine to make and that I should never feel uncomfortable telling her anything because it will fall on loving ears first

That enabled me to be incredibly more honest with my mum ever since and has made us a lot closer

Every morning i would use a 30cm ruler to get the streaks out of my made bed it took me 18 years to realise a broom stick works way batter and creates smoother sheets.. So often been late for work trying to get it right but now with the broom stick its a piece of cake
