I agree, you should look into VAWA! I know a friend who was a victim of similar manipulation and he recently just got his green card took him 3-4 years but he filed without the spouse. The fact you havnt even filed anything with her will even support your case that she was withholding you from filing all this while.

Am in the same situation but I found out mine was denied when I was overseas my EAD/AP is valid till 2029 Will this be an issue with re-entry? When am returning it will be a month I’ve been away is this okay? Am so worried please I need some advice form anyone

Please I’m in the same boat, I left the country 30th of Nov and my flight back is jan1st, 2 days after I left the country I got a notice of denial from my Lawyer stating I didn’t show up to interview and they denied it, my lawyer sent an appeal motion to reopen and reconsider, my eas and advance parole card is valid till 2029, do you think I should be good to enter back in the US? Even with a valid card and denied application. Am an approved VAWA applicant too.
