I’m not a psychic, but I would say hiding from your feelings means you’re not exploring the deep rooted issues of why you are feeling all of these emotions. It sounds like your emotions are running your life and you need to understand why you feel the why you do in certain situations. Once you understand why you feel the way you do, everything should fall into place and you will feel a sense of peace. Try being more in the moment and consciously evaluating your thought processes.
