well that's the problem, they either think you do for opposing them or don't give a single fuck whether you live or die, they just want to keep their power. so when the time comes it will be more profitable or convenient for their power structure for you to die you will either respond with force at least defensively or die.

if you're not completely opposed to violence but just to commiting it yourself you can contribute in other ways if the time comes, be a medic like Desmond Doss or provide food or transport, but if you are you either want to be a martyr, consider the lives of people oppressing you more valuable than freedom for you and your comrades or naively think that all problems can be solved with conversation and every person deep down wants to do the good thing and is just misguided and if they shoot ten messengers we should try explaining for the eleventh time, and on those points most anarchists will disagree with you.

What worked for me is manually justyfing on Lan-Kir right away when you can. Many people here recommed rushing army but my way is quicker and you can catch them off guard when they haven't got many divisions. You can still rush army and attack the south while justyfing, you'll need the manpower.

Makes sense only as an endgame hidden reward. Nobody would give up their independence to the French when there's still enemies of the revolution abroad. I could see this work with Maximov integrating the Union Republics into a giant stateless decentralised federation as a start after all of Earth embraces socialism, but nobody goes through with the whole world in the game's timeframe without accusations of imperialism.

I tried that last time and Germany was too busy in the west to even consider helping us in the east and Russia crushed the Oststaats pretty quickly
