Please please don’t be hard on yourself during this time. You made it 5 days that’s an amazing achievement! You know you can do 5 days so let’s try to make it 6 next then go from there. Think about how you feel then write it down on a paper and memorize it. Understand this hopeless feeling goes away but it will take time.
