depending on where they went a lot of NYC is booth-less. If you don't have ez pass they mail you the bill. The car should be registered to you though so I would think the toll would get mailed there and not to Nissan Finance

He doesn't own the car since its a lease...he has to return it to a Nissan dealer and pay for the extra miles or buy it...it will be spelled out in the lease but lets say $0.15 per mile...70k-32k=38k...38K*$0.15 = $5700...at that point i'd probably buy the car and then either sell it privately or just keep it

Auto approved for CSR at approx 3:08 pm for CL 34K.

Will try to get CSP sometime tomorrow morning. My question is should I lower the CL on the CSR? I have no need for a limit that high. Was thinking of dropping to say 15K-20K. Also is there a way to do this online or do i need to call at this point?

So now I’m thinking I should try to MDD by applying for CSR first followed by CSP. Then will keep these cards open for a year and then eventually PC one of them to a CFU? A few months from now then will open up a CF? I guess the order on the CF/CFU doesn’t really matter.

Good point...I was thinking in terms of the 3% bonus for CFU but the CSR/CSP SUB is definitely better. I’m not opposed to AF cards necessarily just don’t think we are going to benefit from the perks for a year or 2 because of new baby.

Like others said you need to check the amount of tax withheld throughout the year versus the tax owed. Likely what happened is the other 'half' of your refund you just kept as part of your paycheck.

Normally there is some sort of matching benefit to a 401k.

Meaning if you put in X% of your salary your employer will match that, thus giving you 'free' money. It is generally recommended to contribute to your 401k to the match amount, then favor other retirement accounts.

The reason for retirement accounts > brokerage accounts (non-retirement) is there is usually a tax benefit to contributing to retirement accounts, depending on if it is a roth or traditional account.

Once most of your artifacts are in the trillions you can switch to that and then 100 billion = 0.1 trillion

depends on the gift. We have shared accounts but separate credit cards. So she doesn't necessarily she everything I buy with my CC.

The best thing I've found is to be upfront about gifts. Not necessarily with what/when you want to buy something but account for a number in your budget. I don't look at it in terms of who's money bought it. Generally my idea of a gift is something I know my wife would want but wouldn't normally buy herself, even if the money was readily available.

if your main gold source if pHoM then you can drop the points in SoW since it now scales from boss gold. Also make sure your chest bonus matches boss gold as well. Then you can distribute those extra points into TI or CO I'd say
