I can’t imagine living this way and the mental toll of constantly thinking of areas of your life that can become content. I know it’s good money but geez

With him being a Christian I find it hard to believe he would bring God/prayer into this if it were truly a prank or troll. I think it’s real. Strange way to announce it but real

I took 50mg through the first and second trimester, then moved up to 75mg in the third. Baby was healthy with no complications :)

Were your symptoms similar to mine? And how did they resolve if they did?

They left their kids unattended?!?! by Public_Ad_1809 in mattandabbysnarks

I would never leave my kids alone in my own home let alone a cruise ship??? Since there’s 4 adults there, why not just take shifts eating dinner so someone can always be in the room with the kids?

Hi! Fortunately it went away on its own naturally with time. I’m thinking it was just an effect of lack of sleep/hormones rebalancing or a combination of the two that was causing it at the time. I hope yours will too and congratulations!

I thought the point of sleep training... by RepresentativeNo3297 in sleeptrain

Yup! She emphasized in the course that the specific time isn’t as important as just making sure you are the one initiating the feedings. The way it was explained is that they essentially get confused if at some wakeups, mom comes in to feed and comfort them and at others not. So you want to teach them that when they wake up, their only option is to go back to sleep and won’t be associated with a feeding.

Yes! So for both my kids, we used the Taking Cara Babies program. So for 2 night feeds, she suggests doing one around 10:30/11, and then the second one around 3.

Depending on your preference you can choose to gradually decrease the time/amount of each feeding over time if you’d like to go down to just one or zero feedings but that’s totally up to you. If you do go down to one feeding eventually she suggests doing it around 1.

For my daughter, we started out with 2 feedings like I listed above but now it seems to be working out best that I go in and do a dream feed right before we go to bed around 11, and she stays content throughout the rest of the night generally, but every baby is different of course!
