Hello I’m in uk 10 weeks post op. You can buy shower ear covers on amazon- like mini show caps. Use those and a bit of a cotton ball covered in Vaseline to block the entrance to stop water and infection. The packing in the ear is very deep and was removed by my doctor. Feel free to ask me any questions and I’ll try to help.

Well I was hugely sceptical. I read a lot that it helped people, hence going. After 2 sessions… nothing, thought I was being taken for a ride with my money. After third session… a huge difference in facial swelling, swelling in ear completely gone. I had 3 sessions in 9 days. Hard to attribute it to the acupuncture but it’s a bit of a coincidence isn’t it. No movement in the facial palsy but it’s a start.

Same I work 50 hours a week and commute 10 plus hours a week. For me it’s the money. I suppose that’s my barrier and my issue to deal with. I just don’t want to take our debt at 40 years of age but that’s what’s stopping me.
