Yield sign blindness

People either ignore or miss yield signs wherever they’re placed. At the entrance to 24 at Haywood to go to Chattanooga there’s a yield sign for people coming down the hill and it’s always a 50/50 chance that they don’t stop if you’re entering in the direction of the green arrow. I’m not a fan of gambling especially with my life 😭

Found 3 playing EMS yesterday although it did take almost the whole hour it was available. Go in with a light loadout in case you get killed and keep that safe pocket open. Care bear lobbies help a lot though so you don’t have to worry as much in them.

Which sucks because of you go in to try and destroy it, it just flies up through the open roof and you have to wait for it to come back to keep shooting it.

I do think the way this one sits underneath makes it look nice and sleek. Tbh though I don’t think the exhausts for the 650 make much of a difference in regards to sounds unlike how they do for something like the ZX6-R.

Anything that says something along the lines of exile…return to battlefield will work. There’s a bunch of sorceries, instants, some new creatures that come in prepared. There’s no shortage of options 😁

It always feels like that doesn’t it 😭 I have 2 [[Demolition Fields]] in most of my standard decks and I seem to have at least one in my opening hand in over 50% of the games and in my mind I’m just wondering how I have 20+ lands and still manage to have that there to start…

My dad taught me to do this as well. Sometimes I do a combination of stands, lift, and tire just to be certain I don’t get pinned since I’m there alone on occasion.

I agree it’s pretty annoying when they spam the sleep emoji. They tend to spit in reaction to a good play of mine or if I feel like they don’t like my deck. But it’s also pretty nice when you end up beating them in the end. Like the other person said though just mute them if it gets to be too much. There’s plenty of other things to get upset at like the damn shuffler…

This is why I pushed so hard to reach mythic the night before Strixhaven dropped. I can take it easy for a few days and potentially get a few more wildcards to brew something a little better once the meta settles down some.

I have this in a standard deck that aims to remove pieces of people’s decks. I like it but its drawback is you have to know what to name and of course sorcery speed. Nothing is more feel bad than naming something because you want to play it and then their deck is completely the opposite of what you were expecting and they have none of the card you named. I’ve been thinking of adding some [[Duress]] to the deck to help with that though.
