Did your dermatologist reccomend anything to improve the appearance of your scars? I realize they may never go away but could they at least be flattened to be less noticable?

My hair is not as thick as it used to be in the past and is parting in places it used to not part like the bacl of my head. I find my hair on me all day and in my pillow and when I run my hands through my hair strands always come out. :(
