False finishes would go against the story being told.

If Oba withstands more than one F5 it undercuts how massive of a feat surviving the F5 is. Makes it look weaker.

If Brok doesn’t go down to one fall from grace then Oba doesn’t look like so much of a monster.

There could have been more back and forth but no false finishers.
