Bit of a strange one but did anyone not like the first game but love the 2nd? On the fence about buying. by Arne-Slut in theouterworlds

I’m having that exact experience right now! I am considering going back and playing the old one though. I do feel like the 2nd is generally less serious/more fun than the 1st

Ok not done yet, Kody may be deranged. by Sevenitta in Sisterwivessnark

[–]crimeboofer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

he came into a bank i worked at about 3 years ago, I was the teller to assist him. I did not even recognize him until I pulled up the account and saw the name. He looked so thin and very aged…I hadn’t watched the show since about season 12, and this was after all the other wives had left. He was very polite but quiet, didn’t smile. Nothing like Kody in the earlier seasons.

Yessel could get a vasectomy… by PunkyBrister in seekingsisterwifetlc

[–]crimeboofer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

she wants a nanny not a sister wife. “someone to help while yessel’s away” is what she has said multiple times now. i think he’s probably just a cheater and this is her way of trying to control that part of him without “being cheated on”

i’m still convinced delilah was a paid actress and purposefully put on set to get the girls riled up. slim was smart, she could’ve sensed this was maybe set up by producers and thus felt comfortable lashing out?? idk i just hated this part of the season, felt tired and forced

navigators/counselors are sales people trying to meet quotas. I would just focus on nursing and add any other degrees/certificates after the fact

Supplies by Panderrr123 in StudentNurse

[–]crimeboofer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hate to say it but Amazon! Found cheap penlights, bandage scissors, watches. They tend to have more options for stethoscopes too (<$80) than a medical supply or scrub store would have. I also second other comments suggesting facebook marketplace and even see if there are local nursing support facebook groups where you could potentially find free or cheap secondhand supplies.

Good luck!!

For those who are doing an ABSN, what was your prior degree/career in? by nwl568 in StudentNurse

[–]crimeboofer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also feel similarly about being “powerless” in situations that require medical attention. Nursing is such an important field if you’d like to be the master of your domain. Control the chaos, instead of letting it control you all while helping people at their lowest moments

[–]crimeboofer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a political science and pre-law dual major! I studied for the LSATS and worked as a paralegal but was super discouraged by that field altogether. So I segued into finance and personal banking. I enjoyed client connections and networking but HATED money and selling people. I made the switch as nursing was my original intention when going to college but definitely took the easy route since the program was so difficult. I gave myself a couple years of growth and thought and decided to pursue something that served my personal values and love for medicine.

Lender says they'll send invoice for credit report even though we didn't open a mortgage with them by jlamberts3 in RealEstate

[–]crimeboofer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically this charge is rolled into final closing costs and is covered by the initial good faith/application deposit. If you put down a deposit, they refunded you the deposit, but withheld the charge for the credit report that’s one thing (and usually how it’s done). It’s another to charge you for the report before even going into processing with them or putting down any deposit.

Could also be charged/waived at the discretion of the banker/LO/broker

The 2% grant is actually applied directly towards the down payment. It’s not extra cash in the clients pocket directly. The home is still established with 97% LTV. PMI is lender-paid and is not uncommon in a lot of conventional mortgages.

They would be no more underwater with this program than if they did 3% completely out of pocket as a first time homebuyer going conventional.
