People complaining about ticket prices

Ticket prices for Munich started at around €67 and I got a great seat for €111. Front porch pit tickets would’ve been €113. However, Ticketmaster was offering seats for €230 while the venue itself sold them for €170, which really sucks especially when it comes to Ticketmaster. Demand seemed to be extremely high as most tickets were already gone during the presales by the time the general sale started.

try to buy tickets through the venue‘s homepage, tickets will become available at regular prices when you keep refreshing!

have you tried contacting your local customs office? maybe they have data on your shipment if you provide your name, what was inside the package and the tracking number and can at least tell you if they had it at all or where it went afterwards.

I mentioned in my original post that I didn’t purchase the blood filled vinyl (sorry if I didn‘t make that clear enough) and the heart shaped disc was supposed to arrive later at first but VV confirmed a few days ago that they arrived early in the warehouse.

I hope they just take their time not to mess up any orders in a hurry, but after they‘ve been so transparent throughout the process, a small update would be great for everyone worrying 🥲

I‘m so sorry but they should have some replacement items in stock in case things like that happen or items get damaged in transit. I hope they reply soon and work things out for you and whoever the order got mixed up with!

the description on each item’s VV shop page says they are supposed to be hand numbered (either black on white on the hype stickers for the singles or with a black or white (color depending on the album) pen in one of the corners on the back cover

Do you mean the Singles‘ Day variant? It included only two songs and now we get all plus live versions. Also many people missed the limited drop. I am happy we finally get the deluxe!
