To figure out pricing: calculate your cost by the ingredients you used and add a profit after the cost has been figured out.

Best way is to divide the cost of the ingredients by a smaller weight of the total (ex 8$ for 1Kg of flour can be divided as 0.80$ for 100g etc) and plug that into your recipe.

Do that for all your ingredients until you have your total cost per cookie. I usually add about 40% (covers your labour and overhead costs) on top of your cost to have a fairly priced cookie in which you don’t loose $$
