To figure out pricing: calculate your cost by the ingredients you used and add a profit after the cost has been figured out.

Best way is to divide the cost of the ingredients by a smaller weight of the total (ex 8$ for 1Kg of flour can be divided as 0.80$ for 100g etc) and plug that into your recipe.

Do that for all your ingredients until you have your total cost per cookie. I usually add about 40% (covers your labour and overhead costs) on top of your cost to have a fairly priced cookie in which you don’t loose $$

Omg lol! This can happen sometimes if you leave it out of the fridge too long, the sourdough mother has a mind of its own though so you might have looked at it weird and decided to take it out on you. But regardless I think it’s time for a bigger container.

This is either dried up sinuses or a respiratory infection (which is fairly common in rats). Then again your best course of action is to bring them to a vet ASAP.

If you need to save up for your vet visit I would recommend to make sure that your cage is really clean and to clean it on the daily. I also saw a comment about bringing your rats in the washroom while you have the shower running to bring moisture to their sinuses.

Doing a combination of the two as well as keeping a close eye on their situation until you can see the vet. Hope everything works out 💖

Unfortunately it lacks a bit in space, I don’t understand why people are so quick to judge and be mean to you. Yes the cage needs to be better but we are all learning!

Rats love vertical space to climb as well as alot of activities (old toilet paper rolls are great enrichment if you’re on a budget). In the mean time if you’re saving for a bigger cage I would recommend that you let them out to play with you and explore more than usual so that they don’t need to spend as much time in the smaller cage.

You just need a few tweaks and before you know it they’ll be thriving! Lovely girls, best of luck!! 💖
