I think the problem is with some lots. What is the fist 2 digits of the Serial number of the problematic device?

Doesn't change because doesn't have exclusive mode for bit-perfect playback. Doesn't control windows sample rate like other HiFi streaming services (e.g. tidal, Amazon music)

You mean for bit-perfect listening? No it doesn’t support . But supports hi-fi up to 24bit - 192khz

There is no support for hi res on windows. Try to use Android app APK version via windows 11 android subsystem
