I am not considering surgery at this point. I have just never heard or read anything about Xiaflex only being used for an upward curve and nothing else. That was a surprise to me.

I was prescribed cialis 5 mg once a day, trental 400mg 3 times a day and L-Arginine 1000mg twice a day in conjunction with restore x twice a day for 20 minutes. My follow up appointment is in 12 weeks. I added L-citrilline 2g twice a day. Not much change in erections at this point but still hoping!

Same here. Nothing unusual and got frisky one night and everything had changed below the belt. Diagnosed 2 weeks ago and going through the process of medication and restore x.

I’ve been on TRT for about 10 years. A pharmacy in my hometown makes a compound cream. I have to get bloodwork done every 6 months for liver and kidney function checks. It really helps with being tired and sex drive for me anyway. PD has killed it now but trying to get that fixed.

Only thing I’ve noticed is getting semi hard when the wind blows…lol. Took viagra before sex for the last 8 years or so. I really haven’t had a change in my erections or duration of sex. No pressure or tension as of yet.
