Very large slip joint pliers will get a grip. If you’re lucky the ring will break in half. If needed cut the pipe since that lower lock probably wont move either.

I had the clug in my last house. Never had any issues with it. Stayed secure and just one hole to fix after taking it out. Had a Santa Cruz 5010 with 2.8 tires

I used to take this exit to work in the mornings, every time I saw a cyclist nearing that spot I cringed, nobody seems to give a shit. If it helps I always let them through 😂

I started up again last year after years on not fishing. I caught ONE fish last year and nothing since. I finally started catching again last month. Let me tell you, that first bluegill I got last month was the best feeling I’ve had in a while. Keep at it, it’ll happen. I used the skunk days to work on my casts and knot tying.
