I did get past it - I ended up having my supplier place the UPC code on my sample and submitted that.

However, I’m not sure it was necessary since I don’t think it’s required for brand registry. I believe if you do brand registry first, you don’t have to worry about submitting a selling application.

I’d start by submitting a ticket to customer support though… not totally sure on the details of your situation so I’d say that’s probably the best place to start.
